Managing Director

I am a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. I have successfully recruited and ran multiple business units within the hospitality, finance, mining and minerals, petrochemical and construction industries in ensuring that talent opportunities are maximized to deliver strategic initiatives and business objectives.

I have championed new initiatives including sales and recruitment growth improvement and operational efficiencies.
I have strong business ethics. One of my core values is integrity, which is further underpinned by my affiliation with The Institute of Directors of South Africa. 
I enjoy making a positive difference to the most important asset in any organisation – its people. 
Outside of work, I enjoy running.

CERISSA RAMSUMER

Recruitment Co-Ordinator

I am a Civil Engineer with over 4 years’ experience in built environment.

I am en enthusiastic, dedicated and highly driven professional. 

I love challenges of fin dinging solutions to complex problems by adapting my acquired critical thinking and problem solving skills. I have excellent client liaison and communication skills which helps builds and maintain professional and personal relations.

I manage the recruitment process and deal with candidates on a daily basis.

I'm motivated by helping others and inspire to learn and enhance my repertoire by undertaking studies and challenges outside my field of study.

Payroll Manager

I have strong knowledge of Payroll and employee benefits backed by my experience I have gained in the last 25 years.
I managed the payroll, HR administration and employee benefits department. I am strongly focused, dependable, hardworking, honest, self-motivated, friendly, helpful, pay attention to detail. 
I have good communication skills and also good relationships with employees, management, auditors and suppliers.
